Reclaiming You Retreat Basics
What To Expect

The Reclaiming You Retreat™ is a restorative, trauma-informed weekend for women seeking space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and gently explore who they are beyond survival. From the evening of March 26 through the morning of March 29, you’ll stay on-site in a supportive, nurturing environment with all meals included, allowing you to fully settle in and focus on yourself. Through guided somatic activities, reflective and creative exercises, and generous unstructured time for rest, connection, shopping, and enjoying a nearby park — with easy travel access via CVG or Dayton airports — you’ll reconnect with your core values, build meaningful friendships, and return home feeling steadier, clearer, and more grounded.

Investment

The total investment for the Reclaiming You Retreat™ is $800. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due prior to the retreat. Your retreat fee includes all meals, on-site programming, materials, and guided activities throughout the weekend.

What you’ll get from the Reclaiming You Retreat™

You won’t leave this weekend “fixed,” but you will leave steadier, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Over The Course of The Weekend, You Will:
  • Slow your nervous system
Through gentle somatic practices, body-based reflection, and spacious pacing, you’ll learn how to notice when your body is overwhelmed and how to bring yourself back into your window of tolerance — skills you can use long after the retreat ends.
    [Retreat Binder 2023 (1)]

  • Make sense of your story without being overwhelmed by it
You’ll have structured, optional opportunities to explore your past, name what has been hardest to carry, and practice telling your story in ways that feel contained, values-aligned, and safe — without pressure to share more than you choose.
    [Retreat Schedule March 2026]

  • Reconnect with your body instead of fighting it
Through body mapping, emotion identification, creative expression, and reflection, you’ll begin to notice where emotions live in your body and how to respond with curiosity rather than judgment.
    [Retreat Binder 2023 (1)]

  • Clarify your values, boundaries, and voice
You’ll explore what matters to you now, how past experiences have shaped your relationship to conflict and assertiveness, and what it looks like to communicate in ways that stay true to yourself — even when outcomes aren’t guaranteed.
    [Retreat Schedule March 2026]

  • Begin orienting toward your future
Through guided exercises focused on growth, resilience, and self-trust, you’ll identify what you want more of in your life and one small, realistic step you can take toward it — without rushing or forcing meaning.
    [Retreat Binder 2023 (1)]

  • Experience safe connection without expectation
You’ll be in a room with women who “get it,” where participation is always optional, rest is encouraged, and community forms naturally — without pressure to perform, overshare, or be inspirational.

Most People Leave With:

  • A deeper sense of internal steadiness

  • Language for what they’re feeling

  • Tools they can actually use when emotions spike

  • A clearer relationship with themselves

  • And the reminder that they are not broken — they are responding to something real
