Sometimes we just need a bit of encouragement, a nod in the right direction or confirmation we aren't crazy. This time is for you to decide if coaching is the path for you. I offer what I can in 30 minutes. Come prepared with questions or come with an open heart ready to receive support. This is a judgement free time and a safe place for you to be you.
