Who we are and our why.

Not a Casserole Widow® (NACW) is a trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to supporting women living through intimate betrayal, separation, and divorce—especially when the legal and court systems add a second layer of heartbreak.

We exist for the women who didn’t get casseroles and sympathy when their world fell apart, but instead were met with doubt, confusion, or silence. NACW offers education, compassionate support, and community so survivors don’t have to navigate betrayal, custody battles, and complex family-court processes alone.

Through workshops, resources, and advocacy, we help women reclaim their voice, understand their options, and build safer, more stable futures for themselves and their children. At NACW, your story is believed, your grief is honored, and your courage is never treated as “too much.”
