Is this group only for women who are already divorced?
No. This group is for women navigating betrayal who are separated, divorcing, considering divorce, or rebuilding after divorce. You do not need to have your future figured out. You simply need a place to begin.
What if I’m overwhelmed or unsure about my next steps?
You do not need to have all the answers. This group is designed to help you slow down, understand what you’re experiencing, strengthen your voice, and move forward one manageable step at a time.
What makes this different from a traditional support group?
This is more than a place to share your story. Each week combines guided discussion, practical coaching, trauma-informed tools, and reflection using Not a Casserole Widow® Volume 1. You’ll gain strategies you can apply to your life—not just encouragement.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a trauma-informed coaching and educational group. It focuses on practical tools, reflection, skill-building, and helping you move forward. The group is designed to complement—not replace—mental health treatment.
Do I need to purchase the workbook?
Yes. Not a Casserole Widow® Volume 1 is the foundation of our 12-week journey and is purchased separately. We’ll use the workbook each week to guide discussion, reflection, and practical application.
What if I miss a weekly session?
We understand that life happens. While attending live offers the greatest benefit, missing an occasional session does not mean you cannot continue participating in the group.

A Personal Invitation from Kim
“I created Not a Casserole Widow® because I remember what it felt like to navigate betrayal and divorce without a roadmap. I also know the difference it makes to be surrounded by women who understand—without having to explain or defend what you’re experiencing. My hope is that this group gives you practical tools, meaningful support, and a steady place to begin finding your way forward.”
Ready to Begin?
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You simply need a place to begin.
