Nothing about you is broken;
you simply deserve space to reclaim yourself.

Reclaiming You Retreat™

When intimate deception disrupts your sense of safety, clarity, and self-trust, healing doesn’t happen by pushing harder—it happens by slowing down, being witnessed, and reconnecting with yourself.

The Reclaiming You Retreat™ is a trauma-informed, in-person weekend created for women whose lives have been impacted by intimate deception and who are divorcing, considering divorce, or rebuilding life after divorce because of it. This retreat offers intentional space to step out of survival mode and into restoration—physically, emotionally, and relationally.

Through gentle somatic practices, reflective exercises, guided discussions, and generous time for rest and connection, you’ll begin to reconnect with who you are beneath the weight of crisis. This is not about fixing you—nothing is broken. It’s about creating the conditions where steadiness, clarity, and self-trust can return.

I honestly was worried about fitting in, even though I was divorcing.  But Kim welcomed all of us where we were and I left with best friends for life.  I would highly recommend her retreats.
