I'm still deciding whether to stay or leave my relationship. Is this group for me?

Yes. Many women join Empathy & Hope while they are still seeking clarity. Our goal is not to tell you what decision to make. Instead, you'll learn trauma-informed tools to better understand yourself, evaluate your relationship thoughtfully, regulate overwhelming emotions, and make decisions that align with your values.

Who is this group designed for?

Empathy & Hope is designed for women navigating intimate betrayal, disclosure, or relationship uncertainty. Whether you're exploring reconciliation, working through early recovery, or simply longing for guidance and community, you'll find a supportive place to learn and grow.

What makes Empathy & Hope different from a traditional support group?

Empathy & Hope is more than a place to share your story. Each week combines education, guided discussion, practical coaching, relationship reflection, and evidence-informed tools you can apply in everyday life. You'll leave each session with concrete strategies—not just encouragement.

Is this therapy?

No. Empathy & Hope is a trauma-informed coaching group. Coaching focuses on education, skill-building, accountability, and helping you move forward. While many participants also work with therapists, this program is designed to complement—not replace—mental health treatment.

Will this help my relationship?

Every relationship is different. Some women experience meaningful improvements in communication and connection, while others gain clarity that helps them recognize unhealthy patterns or make difficult decisions with greater confidence. Our focus is helping you become healthier, stronger, and better equipped to respond thoughtfully rather than react from fear or overwhelm.

Why is the group called Empathy & Hope™?

Because healing begins when we experience both. Empathy reminds us that we no longer have to carry betrayal alone. Hope reminds us that, even in uncertainty, growth is possible. Together, they create a space where women can learn, heal, and move toward greater clarity—one week at a time.
